Recommended Return & Refund Policy

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and personalized/custom items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.

Exchanges If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
